Sturdy

Nicely made and sturdy material to smaller to fit on the ring of my Great Danes collars.

Great for large dogs

I got the normal version of this for my 80lb gsd mix and it didn't hold up during play time so I replaced it with this and it's so strong. Even the normal version held up for a couple years but this one looks like it'll hold up the rest of my dog's life.

Good Clip, but Hard to Load

It seems really good. The spring loaded latch is nice and tight, and it’s big enough to hold a lot of tags. The one issue I've found is that the metal on the bottom is very thick, so it is very hard to get the tags onto the clip. But once they're on, it saves so much time when I want to change out my dogs' collars! The one the shiba has is a different brand. This one is a good clip, but because of the difficulty to put the tags on I'll probably buy the other one if I ever need to buy another.

Smaller than expected

I had high hopes as it is labeled as "Burly" - unfortunately, it will not fit over the ring of my dog's 1.5" collar so I won't be able to use it as a removable device. Other than that, for a smaller loop on a smaller collar it will be fine.

Well-made but...

does not fit over on a large collar. I made it work, but probably deteriorated its sturdiness in the process.

No more tags lost at the dog park or breaking nails to move tags from one collar to another!

This clip has been great! I was a little hesitant at first because I used a different "easy swap" clip before which was not at all secure and lost my dog's tag at the dog park, twice! Then I resigned to fiddling with split key rings to switch between collars and risk breaking thumb nails. But this is strong enough to stay put but easy enough to unclip (depending how thick your collar's tag ring is). The only struggle was getting the split key ring onto the clip the first time because the loop is pretty thick. But once it's done you'll never need to mess with it again.

so far so good. Not silver though.

Since my puppy wears a harness for walking on a leash but I keep a collar on him in case he gets out of yard (I hope he doesn't but you never know!) I got this clip so I can easily switch between collar and harness. He has only been wearing this two weeks, but it is doing the trick. I thought I was ordering a silver clip but it came as dark brass color, so it's minor but I wish it all matched the silver of his tag, which is a county license and a personal tag. The only bad thing, which is minor, is he is a small breed and already low to the ground so the tags on this clip on his collar dangle/drag on the ground and can be annoying on hardwood floors. When clipped to his harness no issue! He has played with a golden-doodle puppy who is the same age but bigger than him and neither of them have tangled with the clip or caused damage to it.

Tiny and strong

This is tiny, if you’re between small and large go large. It’s a little tricky to open the clasp is really strong

Didnt work with my dogs collar

There wasnt enough clearance to get it onto the d ring on my pups collar. I could get it on but then i couldnt get the clip closed. This would have been the perfect size for him, the large would likely be too much for his little body.

no es útil

mis perros tienen varios collares de distintas marcas y a ninguno le queda. supongo que tienes que tener collares de su marca unicamente, pero en ningún lado lo especifican. Además, yo queria que no tuvieran el aro como de llavero y de cualquier modo se tiene que colocar asi. No me gustan nada.

Good for some

Great construction and was really excited about using it until I realized it wouldn’t clip to my dogs collar. The rings on their 1” wide collars are too thick to clip this to. Will have to stick with the Rubit.
